Emerald Coast Site Construction (ECSC) is seeking experienced Equipment Operators to join our dynamic team.

As an Equipment Operator at ECSC, you will play a crucial role in our construction projects. You will operate heavy machinery to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Equipment Operator

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, rollers, graders, and skid-steers.
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal operation.
  • Safely and efficiently handle equipment to perform tasks such as excavation, grading, and material handling.
  • Follow project plans and specifications to achieve precise results.
  • Communicate with site supervisors and team members to ensure coordinated efforts and project success.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Equipment Operator in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in operating various types of heavy equipment.
  • Knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks in various weather conditions.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
