Emerald Coast Site Construction (ECSC) is seeking experienced and dedicated Foremen to join our team.

As a Foreman at ECSC, you will supervise construction crews and provide essential guidance on safety, constructability, and quality to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of construction crews.
  • Provide guidance and training on safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Oversee the quality of work performed, ensuring it meets project specifications and standards.
  • Plan and schedule work assignments, ensuring efficient labor, materials, and equipment use.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and crew members to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including daily logs and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Foreman or in a supervisory role in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
