Emerald Coast Site Construction (ECSC) is seeking experienced and dedicated Foremen to join our team.

As a Foreman at ECSC, you will supervise construction crews and provide essential guidance on safety, constructability, and quality to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of construction crews.
Provide guidance and training on safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment.
Oversee the quality of work performed, ensuring it meets project specifications and standards.
Plan and schedule work assignments, ensuring efficient labor, materials, and equipment use.
Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and crew members to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including daily logs and reports.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Foreman or in a supervisory role in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
